This beautiful undyed natural Welsh wool comes direct from the Farmer, Lesley Wickham. A knitter her self Lesley has a small holding with just over 300 ewes that create this stunning fleece. The fleece is all hand picked after sheering and sorted into "shades", it journey then goes on to be spun not far from the farm and returns in a versatile DK 100g hank.
This yarn is ideal for traditional Gansey style sweaters, colour work knitting & crochet projects and most popular at our physical store has been the sweater vest!
Top Tip: As the yarn has gone through very little processing it will benefit largely from a hand wash which helps to soften the fibre.
Please note as the wool is completely undyed and hand picked colour may have a very slight variation however orders of the same shade will always aim to have as close as possible
