Can we book you for a private workshop/ event? 

You absolute can! We work all year round with local social groups, corporate companies & schools. Just drop me a message and let’s get creative together. 

Returns policy

Manchester Wool & Yarn reserves the right to only except returns & refunds if; the item is damaged and/ or faulty, the item(s) is lost in transit and it has been 14 working days past the expected delivery date, or the item is not as described* 

*this does not apply to hand dyed yarns as they are one of a kind and will always vary slightly in shade, pattern and texture. 

What is the best way to contact the store? 

We have a contact page on our website that goes straight into our email inbox and we always aim to reply within 24 hours, but is usually a lot faster. 
You can also feel free to message us through any of our social media platforms. 

When will my order be shipped?

If your order is placed in our normal working hours/ days it will usually be sent the very same day. If your order is placed whilst we are closed it will always be sent the very next working day. 

Why is the shop called “Manchester wool & yarn” when the shop based in Stockport?

Don’t worry we don’t think you’re being rude when you ask this question. Although our bricks and mortar store is based in Stockport, we work aground Greater Manchester facilitating workshops and events.
